I loved my visit to the Loray Mill Lofts Apartments. Vashawn D. was absolutely the best; he took us on a tour and educated us about the building's history and the community! I'm excited to become a resident here and look forward to creating wonderful memories.

This apartment complex is beautiful and one of a kind. There is no other place that compares. Erin worked with me extensively to get me moved in and went the extra mile to calm any fears I had. 10 out of 10.

Moving to Loray Mill has been a wonderful experience thus far! We moved in early November and I can't say enough positive things about the location of these apartments. Its very centrally located in Gastonia, close to everything you need to live comfortably, and I'm still exploring the area. The move in process is probably one of the most simple of any apartment I've ever rented, and Erin and Shawn have been with us for every question we've thrown at them and made sure we were taken care of. The neighbors in the community welcomed us every day, and everyone has been very friendly. We can tell its a pet friendly place to live as well.
